Develop Campaign Assets and Calendar:
Create campaign visuals, including graphics and videos, adhering to the established brand guide.
Develop a content calendar with specific posting dates and times for each social media platform.
Set Up Listening Streams:
Use listening tools to monitor and analyze audience feedback and engagement during the campaign.
Specify Plans During:
a) Promotion: Utilize Manychat to connect with the audience on Instagram and Facebook, providing information about the campaign.
b) Monitoring and Engagement: Regularly monitor social media channels for comments, shares, and engagement. Respond promptly and engage with the audience.
c) Adjustment: Be prepared to adjust the campaign strategy based on real-time data and feedback. Consider boosting posts that perform well and altering content that doesn't resonate.
Specify Plans After:
a) Announcement of Winner/Results: Share the campaign results on the website and social media, celebrating the achievements and recognizing the winner.
b) Follow-Up with Entrants: Reach out to entrants to express gratitude, provide updates on the campaign's impact, and encourage continued support.
