Campaign "Haven to Heaven": Launch a faith-based campaign promoting the transformation of the organization from a haven for children and families in need to a heavenly place, offering them better opportunities.
Help Children and Families: Highlight the organization's mission to support less-fortunate children, their families, and volunteers.
Target Audience: Focus on women (50+), men (40+), married couples (30-45) within a 2-hour radius of Talladega who are faith-based.

Determine a Campaign Budget and Resources:
Budget: $5,000
Resources: Social media ads, students/employees to execute ads, Canva or other necessary ad builders.

Outline Campaign Parameters:

Campaign Incentives: Consider offering incentives such as recognition in the community, small tokens of appreciation, or exclusive access to events.
Campaign Location: The campaign will primarily live on the PHFC website and be promoted through social media channels.
Social Networks: Utilize Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to reach the target audience.
Campaign Timeline: Set a clear timeline for the campaign, ensuring it aligns with the organization's objectives.

Develop Campaign Assets and Calendar:

Create campaign visuals, including graphics and videos, adhering to the established brand guide.
Develop a content calendar with specific posting dates and times for each social media platform.

Set Up Listening Streams:
Use listening tools to monitor and analyze audience feedback and engagement during the campaign.

Specify Plans During:
a) Promotion: Utilize Manychat to connect with the audience on Instagram and Facebook, providing information about the campaign.
b) Monitoring and Engagement: Regularly monitor social media channels for comments, shares, and engagement. Respond promptly and engage with the audience.
c) Adjustment: Be prepared to adjust the campaign strategy based on real-time data and feedback. Consider boosting posts that perform well and altering content that doesn't resonate.

Specify Plans After:
a) Announcement of Winner/Results: Share the campaign results on the website and social media, celebrating the achievements and recognizing the winner.
b) Follow-Up with Entrants: Reach out to entrants to express gratitude, provide updates on the campaign's impact, and encourage continued support.
c) Reporting and Analysis: Analyze campaign data to evaluate its success. Report on key metrics, learn from the campaign's strengths and weaknesses, and use these insights to plan future initiatives.
